Firths and Fjords: A Coastal History

In March 2016, I headed down to Dornoch to take part in the Firths and Fjords: A Coastal History Conference’s art exhibition. I took the Shetland contour map, the variety of items I had found while out walking the coastline, a draft copy of the coastal character assessment and a number of photographs I had taken while out surveying which showed various aspects of coastal history. It was a really great conference with a number of interesting speakers from across the world.

Last month I was asked to write a blog post for the Firths and Fjords page which you can read here.
